I just got these steps, and not only did they arrive FAST - 2 days later - but we were super impressed with many things:
1) They are customizable. Whether your hot tub is round or square/rectangle, these steps fit perfectly snug next to it. Just switch the straight-edge and round-edge steps.
2) They are non-skid due to deep ridges - great for getting out of a tub with your feet wet.
3) Love the color - neutral without being boring.
4) They were cheaper than almost every other step on Amazon.
5) My favorite part - they're MADE IN THE USA!!
HOWEVER: It is very hard to snap the pieces together. So I just called the company, and they told me the trick to shoving the steps onto the side pieces: you have to push the inner notches in, and then really STOMP on each on the outside corners to get the steps to go into the side piece notches. I was able to do one corner, and my husband was able to finish the job on the other 3.
The company is planning to post an online video about how to assemble these steps, after their busy season (summer). I suggested they couldn't do that soon enough.
So overall, this gets five stars for being sturdy, ridged, customizable, and American made. But until they give directions on how to assemble it, I can only give four stars.
