We bought our hot tub in March, 2011. Almost immediately we had issues controlling the chemical balance in the water. A visit to my local spa supply store left me thinking I was going to have to go back to college for a third degree ... this time in Chemistry. Luckily we were introduced to Silk Balance and have never looked back. One application weekly along with cleaning the filter and we have not had any issues. Water is crystal clear. Best of all, once you have bought your second bottle, submit a photo of you in the spa with the bottle and write a testimonial. The manufacturer will send you a free bottle! That's $199 in savings. Ok, so I sound like a commercial. Actually I am simply a very satisfied customer.
